PC Login - Password Expired / Unable to Login
Cause:
The user’s password has reached its expiry period based on system policy.
Solution (User Self-Service):
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
- Select Change a password
3. Enter:
- Current (old) password
- New password
- Confirm new password
4. Log in using the new password.

Alternative Solution (IT Support):
If user is unable to change password:
- IT will reset the password to a temporary password.
- Upon login, user will be prompted to create a new password.
