Authentication Failed
As we had encountered on the “Authentication Failed” during Purchasing login, here are some recommendations to follow:
- Always use the original link as https://login-etei-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com when login
- Please book mark this link https://login-etei-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com rather than the long one that’s appear in the login page.
- Using the link in the History browser might resulted to expired cache sessions, and resulted to fail login
This issue occurred during the first day of Go-Live. 01/07/2025.
